As the non-technical project manager, I performed below tasks: Provided administrative support to general manager including project planning and implementation management, financial budgeting and control.Oversaw and evaluated the budget preparation process and budget controls.Prepared financial reports including P/L reports for the senior leadership team.Established inventory control and equipment requirement procedures.Managed the confidential information privacy policies to ensure regulatory compliance.Oversaw the coordination of several projects and monitored and reported on progress to the senior leadership team.Responsible for the coordination of operational processes including office supply management, relocations, and office accommodations for organizational change initiatives.

This Part-time position offered me an opportunity to work on research projects. I provided project support to the research team including but not exclusive calendar management of projects, meeting coordination and financial reimbursement. I communicated and reported project progress to UW’s cooperative partners. I organized, implemented, and maintained an effective documentation management system for confidential project management documents.

This position is detailed-oriented including these tasks: • Evaluated existing office procedures and implemented new administrative processes to achieve regulatory compliance and to achieve facilitate business priorities.• Responsible for conducting operations and process analysis on budgeting, budget controls, contracts, inventory control, and the impact of project coordination for key customer initiatives as part of an operational process enhancement initiative.• Implemented new processes for work distribution to ensure deadlines were met and focus on new strategic priorities.• Developed and implemented an information privacy initiative to limit authorized access to confidential client and third-party information to comply with regulatory mandates.• Communicated and reported on project status (initiation, planning, and implementation) to the senior leadership team.• Prepared monthly status and budget reports on special initiatives and on business operations for the senior leadership team.

I acted as a liaison between IBM's internal project stakeholders and external customers. Not only supported the IBM sales and delivery project teams, but I also performed a variety of tasks as below: • Developed and implemented team support structure to assign work and balance workload for project team members• Monitored various initiatives to ensure deadlines were met while maintaining adherence to mandated procedures.• Responsive to assess various internal processes for continual improvement and documentation compliance• Performed operational functions related to IBM sales transactions with clients including commercial project planning, cost budgeting, contracting and management procedure implementation.• Supervised department financial data synchronization and reporting for different IBM businesses.• Administered client and supplier invoices including sub-contractor payments to comply with planned vendor contracts, delivery schedules, and act as the point of contact for project delivery teams.• Reviewed legacy reports and amended reports to improve information salience and business control for senior managers.• Provided customer service to support IBM internal stakeholders and external customers.
