Upgraded On-Premise Tableau Server to version 10.3.3.For Oracle Hyperion Server, developed a data load refresh trend and analysis dashboard in Tableau Server integrating Oracle ODI application tables. I also opened the visibility of this data to the business which allows quicker turnaround in the understanding of the data load process without having to wait for IT.Developed a Tableau Server application disk usage dashboard resulting in 30% disk savings. For Oracle Hyperion Server, Developed failure remediation processes in cases of reboot failures. For Hyperion Server, Developed and implemented an automated maintenance schedule for improved resource performance and user experience.Developed process documentation for new content publishers on the Tableau Server.Integrated and Implemented Tableau Server a backgrounder resource dashboard to save processing time on the Tableau Server. Discovered resource availability totaling approximately 4.5 hours of processing time per schedule.

Responsible for Defining, Planning and Maintaining the Technical Infrastructure for Enterprise Reporting tools, including Tableau Server and Oracle Hyperion Server enterprise applications. Developed a financial allocation model for the Tableau Server to provide Finance the ability to allocate server costs based on Core License model. Planned, tested, and implemented Single Sign-on for HAVI's Tableau Server integrating SAML Ping. Organized and implemented Tableau Server resource scaling including Memory and Cores to expand the organizational userbase globally.

- Planned, scheduled, designed and executed a project for Call Metrics that reduced our abandoned call rate from five abandoned calls per day to two.- Responsible for enhancing and maintaining Service Desk metrics inside of the IT Organization including a dashboard for meeting SLAs for Total Service Ticket Count and Top Ticket Categories.- Technical lead in an IT Project to upgrade our existing Mac Environment of 15 machines to Lion which included writing setup procedures for other Technical Analysts to execute.- Responsible for writing Standard Operating Procedures for the Technical Support team.- Responsible for participating in the on-call rotation including working with the Severity-1 manager during off-hours.- Developed and worked on a process to migrate work to our offshore resource team in order to free resource time on-shore for feature enhancements.
