Established in January 2019 to develop original television formats and films, while also providing development consulting for production companies and content distributors. Partners have included Endeavor Content, The NHL Network, The Content Group, Telepictures, Netflix, and more. Talent collaborations have featured P.K. Subban, Ndamukong Suh, and Christina Milian. As Executive Producer, I worked on Team Marco, which premiered at the 2019 Mill Valley Film Festival and was released on streaming platforms in November 2020. Shows include Dojo Showdown (CW), Secrets of The Amish (Oxygen), YO! MTV Raps (Paramount+), 90 Nights in Cody (Teton Ridge), and Last Chance Garage (MotorTrend).

I was recruited by Renovo to launch an Unscripted Film and TV division at the end of 2023. Over eight months, I built a slate of over a dozen projects across genres such as game shows, true crime, occusoaps, competition, and premium documentaries. With the ever-shifting landscape of cable and streaming distributors, we planned to take our first two projects to market in October and November 2024, followed by more pitches at RealScreen and NATPE in February 2025. Unfortunately, due to current market conditions, the owner decided to cease operations, leading to the entire company being laid off.

Launched the Reality Television division, expanding the company’s reach both domestically and internationally. Oversaw development, BALA negotiations, budgeting, and production logistics for all English and Spanish-language unscripted projects. Created the original format Padres Encubiertos (Undercover Parent), distributed in Latin America via Sony International. Packaged Laugh Factory En Español for production and distribution across Latin America. Developed Chef Gladiator, sold to Universal Alternative Television (NBC). Served as Executive Consultant and Casting Director for Nailed It! Mexico (Netflix). Secured access to the Quintanilla family, leading to Selena: The Series (Netflix). Series Mexican Dynasties premiered on Bravo in 2019.

Responsible for creating original formats and overseeing pilot and series productions, including budgeting and deliverable schedules. Creator and Producer of Showtime’s Emmy-nominated series A Season With, which documented Notre Dame, Florida State, and Navy football programs over three seasons. Developed and produced Nickelodeon’s hit game show Paradise Run. Sold 11 projects over 18 months to networks such as E!, Showtime, Nickelodeon, CMT, and VH1. Managed a development and current series slate, which included Nickelodeon’s hit game show BrainSurge, the U.S. adaptation of the Israeli series Connected, and daytime talk show pilots for Sony Studios and OWN. Sourced and secured new talent for cable docuseries, while also identifying international formats for U.S. adaptation.

Assisted the company President by coordinating internal and external meetings, along with travel arrangements for executives and talent. Managed tasks for company PAs and interns. Provided creative feedback on projects in development, pilots, and series episodes, while maintaining external industry relationships related to ongoing shows. Series’ included BrainSurge (Nickelodeon) and Showhouse Showdown (HGTV), with pilots such as One Mass Dance (CW) and The Scottsdale Project (WEtv).
