Advised Georgia State University – a leading urban Tier 1 global research institution with $1B+ in annual revenues, $2.6B+ in economic impact, and the #3 Most Innovative University in the U.S. – on complex strategic, corporate, operational, and legal matters, including:Georgia State University Stadium/Summerhill Redevelopment. Led the University’s redevelopment of the former MLB Stadium, Turner Field, and oversee the $400MM mixed-use redevelopment of site for athletic facilities, commercial/retail use, private student housing, and multi-family housing. Serve on the Design Control Committee governing the redevelopment of the site. Led the team securing the largest corporate naming rights for a football stadium outside of the Power 5.College Athletics. National speaker on collegiate athletics and primary counsel to the University’s Department of Athletics on all Division I intercollegiate athletic matters.Entrepreneurship. Conceptualized and advise the Main Street Entrepreneurship Seed Fund, which funds and supports seed and startup companies led by diverse founders and leadership teams.Community Engagement: Oversee the University’s civic/community relationships throughout Metro Atlanta.CMII. Co-Chair the University’s Policy Advisory Group and serve on the University’s Entrepreneurship Advisory Group; Rhodes/Marshall/Mitchell Scholarship Selection Committee; and the Presidential Scholarship Interview Committee.

Led the Georgia State University Department of Athletics, including overseeing its 16 Varsity sports, 350+ Student-Athletes, and Sun Belt Conference affiliation, as the Interim Director of Athletics in preparation for the Fall 2014 Semester.
