R10x (Advisor / 2016 - 2021): SaaS/Data platform & digital coupon solutions for independent and ethnic retail/supermarket businesses. Noatta: A 100% wallet-free platform for identifications & payment by simply using the palm of hand in place of a card/token/device.AppraiseXchange (2006 - 2010): Integrated SaaS/Cloud and tablet field apps based solution for real-estate appraisal development & management for residential mortgage financing process. While the venture became the victim of the residential mortgage market melt-down and steady down-turn in economical climate afterwards, the overall solution addressed a key existing problem in a very large fragmented mortgage financing market. The business plan and solution was creating a platform for residential appraisers and mortgage bankers using tablet based field apps connected in real-time to back-end systems in the Cloud to streamline the entire appraisal piece of the overall process for residential mortgage loan origination and eventual selling of loan portfolio to the Wall-street. Pay2Ride/YuRide: This start-up project was conceptualized/planned in 2007 to create a Mobile phone/app based P2P solution/platform that connected in real-time anyone offering rides to anyone seeking rides based on location and mutual directions of commute. It was discontinued in favor of AppraiseXchange for a lack of a proper Mobile App infrastructure in place at the time, then revisited in 2011 to eventually shelved in favor of Noatta vision/plan considering several emerging solutions in the similar space at the time(e.g. Uber, Lyft, Sidecar)MyPlaceRent:A residential rental life-cycle management platform/solution for private landlords and tenants targeting university campus locations and urban cities with students and young professionals living in shared houses/condominiums.

Worked closely with a global developer of software for IP telephony, contact center automation, and unified communications to resell strategic hosted services and software licenses.

Conceived and led a pioneering start-up business to build an hosted/managed platform using the evolving software/IP based PBX technology for integrated multimedia contact center applications to offer customer support organizations and selected offshore outsourcing providers a subscription based integrated software/communication platform and a network of virtual on-demand customer support resources. Part of the vision was to use the IP telephony based technology platform with intelligent call routing capabilities to enable qualified stay-at-home women (and available/willing multi-lingual students in campuses) to offer customer support services with their available time from own residence for part-time income. Additionally the vision was to use the established platform and infrastructure to offer cheap IP based voice call services to people with family members in selected offshore countries (e.g. India). The vision was too early and became difficult to sustain in a post 9/11 climate.
