Senior Engineering Manager
CurrentLead and mentor group of frontend engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation through weekly staff meetings, monthly tech talks. Encourage individuals with high potential to pick up additional skills and enable them to deliver within the product through collaboration with other teams.Manage deliverables in an Agile model through resource budgeting, planning, and executing frontend projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and TPM, UX, and backend development, to define and implement product features. Also drive bug bashes per feature in collaboration with QA leads and managers.Drive process of high quality deliverables through continued focus on unit testing, peer dev testing, bug bash with frontend team. Also oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and guide the team in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Ensure that the product is optimized for speed (3/5/10 seconds rule), performance, and scalability across all browsers.
