A 25-year veteran of Cloud Communications / SaaS industry, Bob has spent his career building and growing technology service organizations. Currently, Bob serves on several boards and assists early stage entrepreneurs through guidance and investment. Most recently, Bob led the PlayerLync team as President and CEO (acquired by Intertek (ITRK)). His people first approach created a culture of empowerment and excellence that is core to PlayerLync's success. Bob led multiple rounds of funding, expanded the company's reach info multiple industries, and drove a successful outcome for investors, customers, and employees.Prior to PlayerLync, Bob was COO and Board Member at Telesphere Networks, the largest privately held cloud communications companies in North America (acquired by Vonage (VG)). He was responsible for all strategic and tactical initiatives within Operations, including product management and pricing, implementation, field operations, support, IT, and strategic customer relationships. Bob joined Telesphere by way of acquisition of Unity Business Networks which he co-founded and led as CEO. Unity was the pioneer of Hosted PBX / Cloud Communication services to large multi-site businesses throughout the US. Paulsen leads by example and believes in a balanced lifestyle. He embraces this philosophy through his work with cmtausa.org, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Food Bank of the Rockies and United Way. Paulsen received his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated with distinction. He enjoys sports of all kinds, and he is an avid tennis player.
