Client Operations Specialist with a strong motivation and enthusiasm for adding value to any company and team I am apart of. The focus of my career is centered on the cash processing side of operations. This includes authenticating cash requests, analyzing custody accounts, remediating discrepancies between clients’ requests and their accounts, working closely with our client service and cash teams to complete wires, checks, ACH, transfers, tax payments etc. in a timely and accurate manner.Some of my highlighted interpersonal skills are adaptability, communication, teamwork/leadership, retentiveness and problem-solving. Through my experiences I have gained technical skills critical to the wealth management services we offer – these include MS Office 365, our platforms SEI, AWD, Macros, Secure E-mail, and MCH, Foreign Exchange and SWIFT payments.I continuously remain eager to expand my knowledge and acquire new skills that will help navigate me through my journey in the financial services industry.
