District Manager for one of T-Mobile's biggest TPR partners.

Coach and develop behaviors within T-Mobile Retail locations to increase Business sales from the store level up to the District level. Assist in closing larger accounts from visiting potential new customers at their place of work with presentation of plans to help them become more profitable and cost efficent. Right fitting the customer into business options not available in retail locations such as Tracking and Machine to Machine Sims.

Culver City

Managed and over saw every aspect of my location from sales numbers, store operations, hiring & recruiting and scheduling. Was able to increase Gross and Net activations by 25% consecutively over an 11 month span compared to the previous year by coaching and developing my sales team with techniques to help them maximize sales with every customer. My location was able to increase it's activation sales to become the third highest in activations within my district. Increased key KPI's like Data and JUMP attachment as well as accessory sales which my location lead in over a 7 month span. Was awarded the Change and Innovation Award by my District Manager and my Regional Director for the huge success in my location in such a short period. With the consistant success i had in my location i was able to turn my Store into a High Volume production store. I was also able to help develop two sales associates to become Retail Associate Managers for two different locations.

Rialto

The position of a Retail Sales Leader is to manager their sales floor, from checking in customers, assisting in closing any sales that might be lost and making sure sales associates are maximizing every sales and customer interaction. Opened and closed location, as well as doing inventory counts and having coaching conversations with associates. I was able to help my location increase it's Traffic Conversion from 3.5 to 4.5+ month over month which helped increase Gross Activations for my location.

Hisperia

As a Retail Sales Associate I lead my location every month in Gross and Net activations and Data and Insurance attachment. Won the award of Winner Circle in 2011(Which is the top 1% in the company) for the amount and quality of sales for that entire year. Was a peer buddy for several new associates to help them learn T-Mobile systems as well as T-Mobiles sales process.

Montclair, California

Managed a new cell phone Kiosk deployment within Target locations. Assisted my District Manager in training newly hired Kiosk managers and associates with learning the company system as well as how to sell Verizon, AT&T and aT-Mobile service. Also assisted in the opening of several new kiosk within our district, from setting up collateral, phone displays and inventory. Built great report with the Target managers so that both businesses can flourish.
