Responsible for managing the EMEA sales organisation. Actiance is a leader in communications compliance, archiving and analytics, with SaaS and on premise solutions primarily used by capital and commodity market participants - such as investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, energy companies and commodity traders.

Dedicated to helping clients best manage, motivate and support teams of highly skilled salespeople taking a consultative approach to selling complex solutions, through coaching, consulting and training. Clients included a machine learning SaaS start-up, a legal services company and an IT managed service company.

In 2009 and 2010 I managed sales for all Spotfire group products (Analytics and BI) in the Financial Services vertical in the USA and EMEA, delivering major growth. Subsequently I focused on sales growth in EMEA managing people in UK, France, Germany and the Nordics. Sectors were Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Funds, Retail Banking, and Insurance. Typical applications are Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets Trading, and Client Reporting.

Responsible for the EMEA S-PLUS (data science/statistical analytics) sales revenues, managing the EMEA sales and pre-sales team. Sectors are Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Funds, Retail Banking, Insurance, Large Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research Organisations.
