Boban Pesakovic is an engineer and founder of Maryland-based consulting firm Advanced E&D. In his present role he oversees operational aspects of his consultancy group and serves as a principal advisor to private and U.S. Federal Government agencies. During his twenty-four-year-long career, Mr. Pesakovic collaborated with numerous distinguished teams and organizations, including Northrop Grumman Corporation, The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Palo Alto Networks Inc., and others, on ventures in the United States, Canada, and Europe.Boban holds Professional Engineering Master's degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, and combined B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in civil engineering from the University of Nis in Serbia. He is a certified information systems security professional, certified Palo Alto Networks instructor, and accredited systems engineer.Throughout his career, Mr. Pesakovic has received continuous recognition for his expertise in the fields of engineering and information security technologies, his strategic approach to planning, and efficient project execution. Presently, his professional portfolio includes dozens of realized projects of all sizes, budgets and complexities. Mr. Pesakovic is the author, co-author, and editor of numerous technical articles. His latest publication on managing risks in sales, 'Product Selection Framework For Resellers', was published in July 2021.Boban is active in organizations which promote science, engineering, education, and civic engagement. In his personal time, he frequently participates in community events and provides pro bono consulting and professional services to various institutions and individuals. He currently resides in Maryland with his wife Lucy.
