As Development Associate, I was responsible for managing the donor database, donor relations, volunteers, and annual fund. Additionally, I assisted with marketing activities and planning events. Key Achievements: • Implemented monthly fundraising KPI reports from Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT for board of directors, CEO, and leadership staff. • Served as database manager and worked closely with finance to ensure accurate donation data entry every month.• Helped with new website rollout, including copyediting, researching widgets that increase fundraising visibility, and brainstorming a new blog.• Grew volunteer program by building close relationships with audiology, speech pathology, and education teams to understand better their roles and volunteer needs.
