CurrentFollowing the complete project lifecycle phases of awarded contracts from the inception (including setting-up activities prior to the commencement) till the approval of the final report and closure of all outstanding financial matters (final payments, bank guarantees, tax refund procedures, etc.), as well as bearing responsibility for delivery on time and with appropriate quality;- Project management tasks: a. liaison with clients, beneficiaries and other stakeholders, in relation to achieving project scope and objectives;b. monitoring the achievement of the KPIs; c. contracting experts and external suppliers;d. planning of utilisation of resources (working days and incidentals), scheduling of tasks and overall coordination of activities;e. monitoring and supporting the implementation of day-to-day activities defined in the ToR and Technical Proposal and ensuring that they respond to the contracts’ budgets, time scales, reporting requirements and to the expectations of all stakeholders (EU Delegations, various Ministries, Departments and Public Enterprises);f. creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle;g. handling the complete process regarding requests for approvals; - Reporting: review of inception, progress, interim and final reports; quality control of project activities and outputs;- Financial management and invoicing: controlling the project costs and assuring that there are no deviations in comparison with the preliminary budget; preparing complete documentation for project audits and making sure invoicing goes as planned and on time; - Crisis management during project implementation and troubleshooting;- Participating in preparation of tenders, including selecting references, identifying experts and contributing to drafting of sections from the technical proposals;- Continuous communication with business development departments and contributing to the elaboration of the yearly Business Plans.
