I have over 11 years of experience as a devoted and competent Microsoft Account Manager, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365, beginning with BPOS and progressing to Microsoft 365. My knowledge has enabled SMB Cloud Champion IV4 continuously rank in the top three of SMB partners in the North East, and I have played an important role in the advancement of Aerie Consulting, Team Venti, and IV4 into CSP 2 Tier and 1 Tier.
