Responsible for Supply Optimisation within the Central SIOP team, my role is to look for and develop opportunities to drive efficiencies and benefits for the global supply chain. Working across >200k SKUs and >60 warehouses, with suppliers and colleagues in EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. I have developed a new parts categorisation 9 box ABC/XYZ tool from concept to BAU, which is now used for guiding purchasing decisions. I also created a bespoke VMI / Min Max model and worked with colleagues in procurement to establish a quarterly refresh cycle for managing Min Max vendors and parts. I have supported account managers and buyers to bring new vendors on to the Min Max programme.

Responsible for stock and inventory processes for 450 stores, including >100 run by Franchisee third parties. My team and I are responsible for day to day replenishments, including NPI, promos, and end of life recalls across a wide portfolio (200+ SKUs) incorporating fast selling and slow selling lines. As a strategic thinker, I am also able to take the lead on wider Supply Chain tasks, including the creation and management of the Supply Chain working capital budget (annual and quarterly recuts), and customer experience initiatives such as click and collect and backorder. I am responsible for board level KPIs around stock availability in stores, and also feed updates in to trading and operational briefings with the senior stores leadership team.

Responsible for the Demand Planning for Apple, Blackberry, Sony, Doro, Huawei, ZTE, and Netgear handsets and devices (c. 60 SKUs). First point of contact and active Channel Manager for all consumer and business channels (direct and indirect) for the aforementioned vendors. Manage the replenishments to 270 retail stores, using JDA Manugistics and bespoke planning tools.

As Logistics Planner I am responsible for managing the Private Label business for Giovanni Rana UK, including forecasting, placing production orders, sales analysis, and waste management. This amounts to more than half of the turnover by volume of the UK subsidiary. My role has also been expanded to develop into more of an Analyst position, and I am also responsible for collaboration and engagement projects with key customers.
