I'm is a native of Michigan and have been involved in fitness and athletics most of my life. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in health education and minor in psychology. I'm also a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness coach and a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. Through my coaching experience and understanding of addiction, I hope to inspire people of all ages and abilities to find joy in their lives by empowering them to believe that they can positively influence their health and well-being with the knowledge, skills and tools to succeed. I have further experience in program development, leadership/mentorship, marketing/communications and survey/web applications.
