Broad experience during the 23 years in professional life in various roles, from operation, to quality assurance, business development, supply chain, process improvement, to strategy management. Multi-tasking was the nature of my assignments, I often took more than 2 roles at the same time that excel my learning and growing. From 2004 to 2017 were the time that I was deepen in the process improvement as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt concurrent with other assignments. The specialization in Business Process Improvement area became my domain and the base for Balas today. Especially for Balas Technologies, together with talented team and renow Microsoft technology, we enjoy resolving process issues and improve productivity for customers.
