Research and document software products in order to gain thorough understanding of the software’s functionality and features and develop a course outline.Write interactive lessons using plain language for narration and development as interactive learning modules. Lesson scripts would include narration text, on-screen instructions, and development notes, and would also be adapted for printed courseware, online reference material, and marketing samples.Create scenarios that simulate real-world use to provide realistic experiences.Review and proofread content written by other technical writers for accuracy and formatting.Manage a remote team of content developers, assigning tasks in our project management system, then reviewing their work at various stages.Collaborate with the developers of our custom LMS to ensure that training materials are seamlessly integrated into the system using API calls and custom code.Update existing courses as necessary to account for changes to the subject matter.Develop document templates for interactive learning modules, courseware, and online documentation for reuse in future courses.Work with marketing to provide images, illustrations, and technical support for marketing materials, websites, and printed courseware material.
