Responsible for management of all project activity on specific commercial sites. Responsible for all commercial property tenant improvement work in the development portfolio.Key Accomplishments:- Completed Canyon Village shell building construction (100,000 sq ft in 4 multi-story bldgs)- Pre-development for One Scottsdale ($1.2B, 1.8M sq ft, 1,100 unit Mixed Use Center)- Redevelopment for Centerpoint on Mill- Development of Kukui’ula Village (Kauai, HI)

Responsible for coordination of all tenant activities on site for the project (Borders, Kona Grill, Oceanaire, Del Frisco’s, J. Crew and other high end tenants).Key Accomplishments:- Tenant Coordination of high end restaurants and retail concepts.- Plan review of base building documents for lease compliance.- On-site owner representative for construction items.

Completed Power Center construction and responsible for coordination of all tenant activities on site including landlord build-outs. Accountable from lease execution to store openings.Key Accomplishments:- Contracted and completed turn-key build-outs for anchor stores including Best Buy, Off Broadway Shoes, Pier One, Bed Bath and Beyond, Cost Plus, Ross, and Petco.- Established a White Box Program for multi-tenant buildings

Responsible for Landlord construction of 100 individual retail spaces ranging in size from 500 square feet to over 10,000 sq feet. Duties include contracting architects and general contractors to complete the required scopes as well as overseeing day to day progress.Key Accomplishments:- Completed the LL construction 12% below company average - Assumed $1.5 million in additional Tenant finish work to achieve company goals- Successfully opened over 75 national and regional retail stores totaling approximately a quarter million square feet of gross leasable area- Designed and ran the CADD systems for the Anchor Leasing and Documentation Departments.
