Steering On Location's legal department as General Counsel, my expertise centers on navigating complex legal issues and driving strategic business transformation. I am a trusted advisor to senior management and play an integral role in providing advice and direction on areas like sponsorships, sales, marketing, intellectual property, data privacy, rights protection, rightsholder and client relations, human resources and production. I have worked on contract negotiations with our many rightsholders (e.g., NFL, NCAA, IOC), and most recently worked on securing the exclusive rights for the 2026 FIFA World Cup's hospitality program. My approach is rooted in fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivering solutions that advance our organization's mission in the sports and music event space.
