I am in charge of maintaining one of the best Dog daycare facilities in the U.S. With four buildings covering over 20,000 square feet, this operation sees over 200 dogs every day for grooming, daycare, overnight boarding and training. And they employ a staff of 50 energetic, dedicated and passionate people focused on the highest level of care for their clients canines. I make sure they have everything they need to do their jobs. And I couldn't be happier doing it.

Brought in to hire a direct sales team to replace Independent model. Also responsible for overseeing business development and operational efficiencies of the Inside Sales Group.

Graphic Controls manufactures and provides dependable, high quality and easy to use consumable medical products. From electrodes, to grounding pads to medical chart paper and Defib pads found throughout hospitals. I was responsible for Corporate Customer Service and the Inside Sales Team of the Medical Products Division. Achieve Sales targets through lead generation and management activity, account management, new product introduction campaigns. Driving efficiencies through process improvements, performance measurements and monitoring,as well as reallocation of resources.

Gaymar Industries, Inc. manufactures and sells healthcare products. The company offers pressure ulcer management and temperature therapy management solutions. I was responsible for all Customer facing departments including Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Technical Service as well as managing a $5M Clinicare Systems rental business. There were 9 rental territories each containing a sales rep, a nurse rep and a service tech. Their role was to secure customers who needed to rent pressure ulcer mattresses/beds on a daily, monthly basis. We maintained the very profitable rental business through a severely competitive time against the rental giants, KCI and Hill-Rom. During a 5 year period, we were awarded Sales Region of the year twice. Also collaborated with Marketing to product several product / company videos to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
