I have over 18 years of experience dedicated to digital transformation, both in government and the private sector, with a strong focus on ITSM service management. I have led major projects migrating contact center platforms to the cloud, significantly improving service availability and ensuring information security through certification in standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. I have implemented custom ERP systems, enabling organizations to benefit from more efficient management of their financial resources. I have developed and implemented disaster recovery plans and have been involved in the development of business continuity plans and risk management.As a Director of IT, I led the implementation of IT management processes, as well as communication infrastructure for clients in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and various countries in Central America.During my time in the government sector, I was responsible for the administration of information technologies in a major institution, leading a multidisciplinary team of up to 35 people. I managed the project to harmonize the organization’s accounting and budgeting, and I migrated the infrastructure to a redundant architecture. I also implemented IT security policies and asset management tools, coordinated audits related to information technology, and led key projects such as the elimination of in-person attendance checks.I have been responsible for ensuring the availability of QA and production environments, guaranteeing service continuity through efficient change management and the implementation of database backup and replication processes. Additionally, I have coordinated various migrations of legacy applications and managed system incident response areas.I hold a degree in Computer Engineering and possess several basic and intermediate certifications in ITIL, COBIT, and information security. Additionally, I have certifications in tools like QlickView and Freshworks.
