Mr. Palmer, also past founder, President and CEO of Amerivest Properties, managed the company’s numerous development activities and operating properties including construction management, design and planning, market and financial feasibility, marketing/leasing, financing, and property management for various residential, industrial and commercial properties throughout the US, Canada, and internationally. Mr. Palmer is also the founder of Palmer Holdings, a management organization overseeing the strategic investment and financial planning for various real estate and operating businesses. Amerivest’s management team have participated in, developed and/or constructed combined commercial, industrial, leisure-recreational, mixed-use, and residential projects of over $15 billion since 1982. Mr. Palmer also is the former CEO and founder of Americom Telemanagement Inc. in 1991, a Palmer Holdings’ operating division, which pioneered the very first CLEC in Michigan.
