The next era will be Non-office based working. I gripped this idea early and Now I am excited to say that I am free to work anywhere in the world as Remote Designer or sometimes onsite.

Nine media was a small team of 8 graphic designers, 3 Content Writers, 1 Art Director. I joined this team as a secondary Art Director. There were 15-18 monthly package based clients. My primary goal to join this agency was lowering overload of designs. Every day we have to create 20-24 social media banners, 6-10 Newspaper Advertisements, 2-3 Business Brochures/Catalogs, 5-6 emailers, pamphlets/posters, signboards, Logos for their new ventures, websites and many more.

At that moment, Webworld Experts delivered high quality & cost effective web solutions to over 450 clients from diverse industry segments in 20+ countries worldwide.I joined this company as a senior web graphic designer. In few weeks, A team of 9 Graphic Designers and 4 Web Designers worked under my guidelines. We provided graphic and web design services to many reputed companies worldwide including ABB Power Products, Robot Visual Systems GMBH, and Adecco Office etc.I was responsible for creating workflow, keeping track on team using it, maintaining quality with appropriate deadlines for each project and support to my team to achieve their goal. I also redesigned company's core website www.webworldexperts.com. I am glad to say that I also work on many internal project as front-end developer here.

Whenas there were many small advertising agencies opening in Jaipur to provide their services to Jaipur’s fast growing industries, Some of my friends started a new setup called "Maximum Desires".I joined this setup part time. During over one and half years of working, my role was delivering creative work for print media as well as web media to our clients. I also developed my first website for this setup. During making of this website, I learnt many things including domain name & hosting relation, protocols, in depth HTML, CSS, and simple Java Scripting.

It was my highly desire that i should work for web platform since a long time. So, I learnt web skills from books as well as online blogs/articles. This was a time when all web designers/developers were slicing websites in table based layout. Since I was a graphic designer, I didn't like table based slicing due to its seems like cut the whole design by scissors and again join those pieces. So, I searched online for a better way. I surprised that tables was not introduced for slicing, those are only for tabular data. Then I started to learn write way to slicing.I admired by power of Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and grasped it very well during this time interval. So, whenever a developer face any CSS related problems, he/she always prefer to called me to figure out their problems. And I really enjoyed it.

Jaipur has been pioneer in color stone refining, diamond cutting and shaping since a long time. It was the time when diamond and jewellery industry in boom. There was many international magazines introduced from India by many publishers. There was two magazines "Jewellery World Review" and "Universal Gem Journal" publishing under "Global Gems & Jewellery Media Centre".My main responsibility was designing both magazines. I was also responsible for advertisements design for various companies . There was a fierce competition between other publishers and us for whose cover and inner pages design is better than other. :-)

Rajasthan Blocks provides pre-press services to it's clients like Design, Process Film, Plate making etc. It was typhoon of Multi-color Graphic Designs in that time. Vast variety of people related to advertising agencies, Marketing Companies, came to here to create Graphic design for vivid items like (Brochures, Pamphlets, Posters, Magazines, Greeting Cards and Book Covers etc.) to get final plates of their jobs to using in offset printer.

Based in Jaipur, Kamaldeep is a well known brand in pre-press services, printing, Flex printing, Official work, Desktop Publishing etc.My primary goal was deals with clients those came there for design services. They comes to us along with design draft ideas, text in word file etc.; and we have to create brochure, magazines, cards, posters, flex/vinyl hoardings/banners newspaper advertisement designs for them using their draft text/ideas.We was also responsible for last result of printing. i.e. Colors those we saw to client on screen during design process, should be printed exactly.
