Responsibilities included developing n-tier applications using Microsoft web development tools such as MVC, C# and third party technologies including Telligent and SharePoint Foundation 2010. Developed functionality from user stories in MVC pattern and using the TDD process. These tasks were assigned by team leaders. Assisted and trained colleagues in web development technologies, programming languages and frameworks. I trained several graduates in using the MVC pattern and C# programming. Presented in-house applications to various teams so that they were aware of the various applications developed by Vodafone. Documented processes and created technical documentation on application deployment guides. For instance, installed Telligent Analytics on a development machine and was required to document the process of installing and configuring the application. Assisted and created test lab environments with additional software, deployed applications and configured machines. Worked with the Build master to ensure lab environments were configured correctly so that applications could be tested.

I was part of the payroll applications development team, who made the payment systems RTI compliant as specified by HMRC.
