Throughout 10 years of enriching work in the food service industry, I developed excellent interpersonal skills, time management strategies, and a strong independent work ethic. Using these tools, I was well-known for product knowledge, ability and capacity to assist teammates, and for frequent success in sales competitions and expectations. Following this career, I earned the title of Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’ve had the opportunity to connect with and assist hundreds of clients in both individual and group training environments. With my support and instruction, my clients have succeeded in their individual goals such as body recomposition, mobility and flexibility, as well as strength and endurance.
