HR Manager within NN Group HR of the Resourcemanagementteam (managing approx 30+ specialists). Managing the contingent workers of NN in the Netherlands (average 3,000 active workers; 150 inflow a month; spend 275 Mio/year) with a team of Resource consultants and onboarding experts. Responsible for the contingent workers in the Netherlands (Temporary Workers, Secondment, Freelancers) as the onboarding of the internal as external employees. I am proud on the succesful integration of the Contingent workers from Delta Lloyd (1,000 active, spend of 80Mio/year). I was fully responsible from the start (creating Business plan) to the implementation. It was a controlled, in time delivered and fast change operation, with all stakeholders aligned. I am also proud on the growth of the team, where the team and all it members developed to a professional team with full control on all aspects of handling contignent workers the best for NN. My role includes: Policy making, vendor management, process optimization, payments, achieve savings, creating management information, business analyses, fast and complete onboarding, Robotic Process Automation(RPA), management/boardroom consultancy.

Business Manager for the HR department of Nationale Nederlanden. I was responsible for the HR Finance (Budgets, Forecasts, Redundancy budgets), HR analyses, projects (like inflow of Westland Utrecht Bank or disentanglement ING) and HR Consultancy. I was also member of the HR core team realizing 4 big NN wide reorganizations (D2 (Delayering/Destaffing), ONE, FWD and FFWD) within I was responsible for the analyses, consultancy, budgetting (like redundancy) and operational actions. The role included: HR financials, provisions, risks, business plans, developing management information, management and boardroom consultancy, projects and business analyses.

Manager of operational teams. I was very strong in Improving processes and quality, what resulted in less costs and higher customer satisfaction.In the last team I managed the processes where considerably simplified what resulted in a reduction of more than 70% in the costs and a strongly improved handling time to almost day by day.
