• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily report, change orders and quality control measures.• Maintain communication with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers.• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance withstandards.• Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, costoverruns and safety hazards.
