Cooking and prep work as well as managing inventories and deep cleaning various utilities in the kitchen were some of Brace's daily tasks. Brace has done various catering events for the restaurant such as formal business events, charitable events, graduations and weddings.

Snow Trails is a small ski resort in the countryside of Ohio.Mr. Cooper's position at Snow Trails was as a Rental Technician. Brace lead teams of young adults and together issued and maintained nearly 2,000 pieces of Ski/Snowboard equipment and managed their spaces to ensure customer satisfaction.
