Computer Science engineer with over 20 years of IT experience.In the beginning dedicated to Technical Support, developing skills on a helpdesk, user attention, incident resolution on desktops, laptops, and peripherals, as well as installation, repair, and configuration of operative systems, office, mail, and specialized refinery software.Then went to the Servers area as Senior Analyst, managing centralized IT infrastructure; that change represented a significant challenge and a huge learning curve, but with teamwork, training, and investigation were covered, consolidating essential knowledge on centralizing IT infrastructure (telephony, data centers, networking, and automation)Then as a Platform Senior Supervisor, I began to assume the most considerable dedication and responsibilities as managing human talent, projects, services policies, budget execution, and accountability; all that supported excellent teamwork, all that allowed me to develop my perspective from technical to administrative skills, always looking for quality on all the processes that we carry out.During this time, I've developed skills in Project Management (PMP), Capacity and Problem Management based on ITIL V3, negotiation, conflict management, problem analysis, and decision-making, as well as Datacenters, Active Directory, Storage Networks, Clusters and Metro Clusters, backup, and recovery, virtualization, security among others. Also worked with Vmware VSphere and Horizon View implementation for Datacenter and Desktop virtualization, acquisition of infrastructure for the first OpenStack Cloud, and updating Control Platform based on Honeywell and Foxboro systems.Then, after a life turn, I became a remote IT Support and Design Engineer for a Distribution/Logistics company, and then as the IT Manager, I moved to the US. Nowadays, I provide IT consulting services with my own company and offer support services in the City of Venice, Florida. And we're looking to expand our services and ways to help with the belief that Friendly IT can improve people/process life.
