Businesses include accommodation providers, attractions, licensed premises, marinas, professional service providers and retailers paying a 1.5%Levy based on their rateable value. Plymouth Waterfront businesses voted in favour to fund the first five years of the Business Improvement District in March 2012 and the BID will operate until the end of March 2017. The BID Business Plan’s forty two projects include Marketing, Events, Visitor Signage, Cleaner, Safer, Environmental Improvement and Regeneration.PWP works in close partnership with the Plymouth City Centre Company BID, Destination Plymouth and Plymouth City Council.

I worked within the production teams as a researcher, location finder and as an Associate Producer. This included programmes such as the award winning documentary Beechings Tracks for BBC1, Hungry Sailors for Channel 4, Simon Rimmer's Dinners for Good Food, UKTV Food Heroes and on corporate commercials work for Kraft Philadelphia and Douwe Edberts.

I was a key member of the PR team at ITV, responsible for both internal and external communications. She helped to coordinate national campaigns, develop regional identity, crisis planning and response. Bracken was part of ITV’s diversity committee, and also helped to manage events from outside broadcasts to celebrity signings, press launches to corporate entertainment.
