I’ve spent countless hours watching videos, taking courses, and reading books, starting and then abandoning each shiny new thing.What I eventually learned is that real education comes through effort. Only then will you know what works. The only way to get to the “really” true answer is to test everything.Henry Ford said, “Be ready to revise any system, scrap any method, abandon any theory if the success of the job requires it.”Over the last 15 years, I’ve built half a dozen Saas applications, built hundreds of websites . . . created tons of graphics, written lots of copy, built dozens of marketing campaigns, set up too many CRMs and sales processes to count across all very diverse businesses and industries.And what I’ve discovered is that a great idea delivers no value unless it is fully, whole-heartedly implemented.
