Responsible for the management, supervision and leadership of financial accounting across all segments and brands, internal and external financial reporting and accounting policy, financial systems, consolidated FP&A, Paycheck Direct segment FP&A, procurement and contracts, tax, accounts payable and payroll. Managed up to 90+ professionals and staff.Significant department responsibilities include:o General accounting/month end close processo Support of various transactions including debt/equity issuances and capital restructuringso Internal management and board financial reporting o Technical accounting research and documentationo Support of acquisitions and divestitureso Relationships with and management of external auditorso Prepare SEC compliant quarterly and annual financial reportingo Support and advise investor relations, CFO and CEO on quarterly earnings releases, call scripts and investor presentationso Implementation and maintenance of general ledger system (Oracle EBS) and financial database system (Oracle Hyperion)o Roll up of consolidated annual and quarterly forecasting and long range planso Detailed business line and corporate annual and quarterly forecasting and long range planso Federal income tax and state income, sales and business tax reporting and complianceo Accounts payable and payroll processingo Contracts review and negotiation

Department responsibilities include:o Accumulation and issuance of all external reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, earnings releases)o Partnering with Investor Relations on quarterly earnings release calls and various investment analyst presentations o Ownership and maintenance of worldwide finance manualo Worldwide technical accounting support and accounting policyo Primary management resource for and support of external auditorso Accounting and budgeting for all non-business unit activity (treasury, human resources, corporate overhead)

Responsible for the management, supervision and leadership of various finance departments. Also responsible for the quarterly presentation to the audit committee of the Company’s financial results, key indicators and trends and the status of the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
