Over 10 years of experience working in Customer Service related fields with responsibilities ranging from resolving billing issues, taking escalated phone calls, retaining business and follow up to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Experience working in fast paced call center environments requiring certain call quantity goals are met while achieving high quality scores during QC observation. The current position I hold is for a full service Exhibit House in the Trade show industry. I take care of smaller "Portable" trade show displays, collateral and giveaway items for several different clients. Additionally, I handle all FedEx shipments for Elite Exhibits, track Portables inventory, order show services (Labor, Furniture, Carpet, Audio Visual, etc.) through show decorators such as Freeman or GES and assist the Accounting department with invoices for credit card charges from show decorators. Extremely fast Alpha-Numeric and toggling ability between multiple browsers and screens. Good knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
