Process and Operations support multiple refinery and petrochemical facilities in Coastal Corporation. Supported due diligence and FEED development for proposals for p-xylene Isom / extraction / fractionation, FCC fractionation expansion, MTBE technology evaluation, ROSE extraction and dewaxing, refrigerated C3 offloading / storage / truck loading facility. Supported troubleshooting and start-up/commissioning for new and existing facilities at the Eagle Point, El Dorado, and Aruba Refineries; Javalina and Blacks Fork gas plants; and Coastal Chem facility new C4 Isom / STAR / MTBE / MeOH for both ISBL and OSBL, and redesign of facility reactors.

Initial 5 years - work in gathering system evaluation and hydraulics reviews. Field and production facilities analysis / design / specification. Well test and production performance analysis and modeling. Review of contractual obligation and production scheduling to mitigate take-or-pay issues. Provided technical support of well testing/production analysis, contract take obligations, and scheduling forecasting computerized system for corporate gas management group.Transferred to Process Group - provided troubleshooting for operations issues for gas treating and processing plants and storage facilities. Designed equipment for new facilities and expansion of existing facilities. Incorporated used or relocated equipment for bulk of new systems.
