I currently manage one of three certification courses across the Marine Corps who help direct the strategic vision for Joint Fires Observer training and certification. As a Joint Terminal Attack Controller Instructor, I facilitate and lead classroom and field training of Joint Terminal Attack Controllers from across the Department of Defense, with an emphasis on communication skills, risk management and operational planning.

Responsible for the maintenance, supply and inspection of all aviation life support systems in support of 27 aircraft and 86 pilots and aircrew.

Responsible for the creation, distribution and management of the daily flight schedule while conducting contingency operations aboard US amphibious warships. In addition, maintained accurate data on aircrew proficiency, currency and qualifications as well as assessing risk factors associated with flight operations and providing the Commanding Officer with appropriate risk mitigation through operational risk management.

Responsible for the logistical and facilities requirements of the squadron, as well as, assisting the Logistics Officer in the planning and execution of all squadron movements in support of training and operational requirements.
