After serving in Healthcare IT for the last 9 years at Providence, I have the honor to serve in a newly created role at the University of Washington. I'll be supporting the Associate Vice President of Information Management within UW-IT; establishing the strategy and engagement with all academic departments.

Serve as customer advocate and business relationship partner within Providence's Information Services' organization at Swedish Medical Center (First Hill and Issaquah). Provide operational leadership and support of the Washington/Montana Region Project Management Office, focusing on five core areas of the business, including:1) Department Financials - budgeting, annual planning and cost reclassification2) Communication - SharePoint administrator, monthly dept. reporting (dashboard, financials)3) Portfolio Management - serve on the system-wide regional steering committee on behalf of the WA/MT PMO, providing governance of our portfolio tool and enhancements4) Business Manager - provide operational support for the Sr. Director as part of the leadership team5) Quality - conduct process audits, process compliance, surveys and process improvements within the PMO
