Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and financial strength of a regional business unit that we grew to $115M+ revenue annually in 2 years while ensuring profitability, efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsible for developing new clients and markets that fit the strategic growth of Enerfab while exceeding sales goals every year. Developed many high level capital project opportunities resulting in over $550M of new project awards. Designed and implemented our corporate brochure and many marketing pieces. Responsible for building and implementing the QuickBase CRM system for the business. Selected for Executive Development Program and NextGen Leadership accelerator groups.

Field Engineer on a large SCR Construction project. Developed a field system for tracking and submitting change orders to the customer in a timely and efficient manner. Helped with all project schedule updates utilizing Primavera software. Ran the schedule with the customer during daily coordination meetings with all crafts and subcontractors. Developed a detailed history tracking spreadsheet for all of our major project analytics
