Current• Follow opening procedures: unlock doors, turn off alarm, turn on compressor, inspect waiting area and turn on lights, turn on computers, check drop box, remove all cars from shop, vacuum, check answering machine and reply to any messages.• Manage technician time use and workflow. • Monitor repairs in the shop. Ensure techs are staying on task. Answer any questions.• Follow customer write-up procedures: Greet customer, enter or update customer’s information, ensure clarity of customer’s initial concern(s), audit customer records and previous recommendations, print RO, attach Multi-Point Safety Inspection, assign to a technician.• Answer phones promptly. Schedule appointments. • Once technician evaluation is complete, estimate the work, present the work, and ask for sale. • Order parts promptly and cost-effectively, ensure the parts are arriving on time, and keep in good relationship/contact/communication with our vendors.• Process labor and parts warranty claims with vendors.• Manage inventory stock levels to ensure accuracy and parts availability.• Source vendor parts invoices correctly and promptly. • Monitor all email correspondence, with customers, vendors, and within the company.• Maintain office cleanliness.• Ensure all parts are returned before the end of the month and enter credits into Yes System.• Monitor shop supplies and order as necessary.• Monitor waste fluids, used tires, old parts, and arrange for picked up.• Follow customer vehicle pick-up/check-out procedure: Bill out customer, ask for a review, thank them, etc.• Follow end-of-day procedure: Pull all vehicles in, close and lock garage doors, count and balance drawer, turn off all compressors, computers, coffee pot, office and shop lights, and oil burner, set alarm, lock front door.$100,000 in Gross Sales for April, July & August ‘24Top Salesman for Q2 & Q3 ‘24Consistently in top 10% for Gross SalesConsistently in top 10% for Overall SalesConsistently in top 10% for KPI’s
