Due to the merger of BB&T and SunTrust the new company name is Truist. Provides oversight and leadership for highly trained technical staff members. Functional responsibilities includes the analysis, planning, scheduling, and implementation of Facility projects involving network physical layer topologies, telephony systems, and desktop workstations. My team supports the central Virginia region for Truist and includes; the retail branch network, McGriff Insurance, Wealth Management, Mortgage and other corporate locations. We support over 450 remote sites including branches and ATMs. Specialized duties include IT Liaison for ATM support for IT. These duties include the project management of new installations, decommissioning, scheduling and quality assurance of vendors, organizing ATM replacements, resolving ATM vandalizations, Evergreening of the network equipment and troubleshooting. Last year alone we touched over 1000 ATMs in Truist footprint.

Responsible for field network facilities support and network infrastructure management for the entire enterprise. Provided project management to include planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and cost estimation on all facilities projects where communication data and telephony infrastructure was required. Designed, planned and implemented network (voice and data) equipment layouts in all communications rooms.
