Profound Commerce is an Amazon marketplace and ecommerce brand holding company that acquires and grows brands in multiple industries. As Head of Brand Management, I am a part of the leadership team and report directly to the CEO.

Thrasio is the biggest Amazon brand aggregator with over $3B in funds raised and over 200 brands acquired. Responsibilities included:• Owned P&L for a portfolio of 12 Amazon marketplace brands, generating $80MM+ in yearly revenue.• Developed Amazon advertising strategy for each brand including PPC marketing, product positioning, Amazon SEO, and creative strategy.• Used PowerBI and data analysis to understand brand growth opportunities and impairments and drive decision making for improvements.• Created training curriculum for new hires on brand positioning and marketing strategy for the Amazon marketplace and taught seminar at yearly Brand Management Summit in NY.• Managed and motivated team of 10 with 6 direct reports.

Handwrite is a PaaS/SaaS hybrid business that creates AI generated handwritten cardsfor business applications. Acquired in February 2021.• Increased revenue 210% month over month during tenure.• Created B2B sales process from scratch including customer profiles, business case studies, and prospecting methodology.• Closed deals worth $60K+ ARR with multiple Fortune 500 companies.• Prospected for new clients through cold outreach, tested and optimized e-mail sequences and improved open rates 60% and response rate 35%.• Presented business cases to C-level executives to drive adoption and implementation of our product.• Negotiated acquisition deal with competitor and exited the business.

Flathead Products is an environmentally conscious products Amazon FBA brand. Acquired by Perch in December 2019.• Generated more than 7 figures in revenue on Amazon during first year in business.• Created business plan, branding, marketing messaging and strategy to grow on the Amazon marketplace.• Sourced, researched, tested, and launched a portfolio of products to sell on the Amazon marketplace.• Designed and optimized PPC campaigns across the portfolio of products.• Negotiated deal terms with CEO of Perch and sold the business while retaining 100% equity.
