I began working at Asda as a part time checkout member, but I slowly gained more full-time hours which lead to be promoted as the Evening Supervisor. The job role consisted on me assisting customers complete their purchases on easy, fast and friendly bases whether It’s on self-scans, customer service or a grocery till. Working at Asda taught me skills in which I use in my day to day lifestyle, for example:Allocating jobs to each member of my team to make sure customers are seen to and served fast.Making sure all members of my team are happy to work.Allocating breaks for team members and allocating them in an area to work in suitable forcustomers.Dropping all money and putting it into the safe making sure the till is ready for the next day.Locking all cupboard/cigarettes and shutters making sure the premises is secure and tidy.
