Perform system analysis on compressed air systems. Develop, Sell and Consult with customers on energy, reliability, and repeatability products for compressed air systems such as Controls, Dryers, Automation, VFD drives, Data Collection, and HMI systems. Manage all aspects of larger system energy projects from detailed contractor bid proposals including scope of work to installation close out meetings. Regional responsibility includes private distributors John Henry Foster and Cate Industrial as well as the following Customer Centers: Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego, Kansas City, and San Francisco areas. Perform system analysis on Piston, Rotary and Centrifugal compressors and all associated dryers, filters and cleanup equipment. Responsibilities include quote logs, closure rates, implementation closure rate, implementation revenue, and consulting revenue.

Performed technical support for sales and field service personnel on refrigerated air dryers and desiccant air dryers as well as back up technical support on air compressors. Perform factory training for sales and service personnel on OEM equipment. Develop refrigeration EPA training program for service personnel. Maintain dialog between field needs and engineering on new product development and develop training programs on new products. Determine warranty expenses on repairs. Authorize factory warranty repairs under special conditions as well as maintain customer satisfaction.
