Manage staff that supports video needs of over 20 coaches, 90 players and 15 NFL and NCAA scouts both within the building and across the country. Oversee the organization and maintenance of a vast digital library of video and data across multiple platforms. Coordinate multi-camera content acquisition of games, practices and workouts that enable coaches and players to prepare for opponents at the highest level. Three time Super Bowl participant that includes a World Championship in Super Bowl 48.

Assisted in supporting all video needs of the coaching and scouting staff. Managed a large video library of NCAA games and scouting profile tapes. Produced all opponent scouting cutups for game planning purposes by coaches. Digitized thousands of hours of tapes and encoded them to produce the first digital distribution system used by the Seahawks for area scouts that were out of the office. Sharpened my skills to become one of the best video shooters in the NFL. Planned and executed use of travel video servers and networks for both training camp and Super Bowl use.

Managed all daily needs of UCLA football team acting as the prime liaison between coaching staff and video department. Trained and scheduled staff of 5 student interns to assist with practice and gameday roles. Shot and edited all UCLA practices and games as well as practices for Men's and Women's basketball. Coordinated video exchange with opponents on a weekly basis. Assisted Women's basketball with the setup and training of their first digital editing system. Planned and executed travel and network setup for two bowl game trips. Assisted olympic sports with video support as needed.

Shot and edited all practices and opposite EZ coaching angle for Seahawks games. Produced scouting cutups of NCAA prospects that were sent to area scouts. Helped with the transition from tape based editing system to the first networked digital platform used by the Seahawks. Digitized hundreds of hours of tapes that were transcoded to files.
