My most current job at Bioverse is Director of Sales. I will continue to work with my current customers on the Bioverse Ag side of the business while also overseeing the Healthy Ponds side. I am excited going into 2013 will all the great things we have going at Bioverse. We will be releasing some new products on the Ag side as well as branching out into the Dairy market with our new Lagoon AgraSphere's. The release of this product is very exciting for many reasons. The first is the delivery method. Never before has there been a product that you can toss into the area you want to treat and ensure that it stays there producing the bacteria and liquifying the solids. The second is it will be another market for our product line. Exciting!!! In my spare time I enjoy fishing the many lakes in Minnesota as well as South Dakota and even guide for others a few times each year.

My latest job with Bioverse, Sales Manager has been to develop the new Ag side of the business, Bioverse Ag. This started with the development and testing of our products. This process has been going on over the past 8 years. These tests took place at New Fashion Pork barns from Indiana to Wyoming. In the fall of 2011 we decided to take these products to market. Our first distributors for this product line were Hubbard Feeds and Hog Slat. Currently we have Hubbard Feeds, Hog Slat, QC Supply and Farmer Boy Ag. The main product in this line is the patented AgraSphere. What makes this product unlike any other in the industry is the fact that it treats the livestock waste holding area from the bottom and is able to repopulate the active ingredient for 180 days. While repopulating the active product liquefies solids gaining back capacity along with preventing crusting, flies and foam. I have found it very rewarding building this product line and setting up the distribution for its sale.

My position during this time of employment at Bioverse, Senior Territory Manager, was to manage sales on the golf side of the business. This included the direct management of many golf course throughout the midwest along with working with many distributors west of the Mississippi River. Some of those include Simplot Partners, Ewing Irrigation, Wilbur Ellis, Crop Production Services, Helena Chemical, HD Fowler, United Pipe, Kansas City Turf and others. The main treatment on the golf side of the business is using our all natural AquaSphere Pro to treat ponds on the course. The biggest success is working with irrigation ponds. The natural product makes so much sense when dealing with irrigation ponds. This part of the business at Bioverse has become a great sales avenue with a lot of hard work and great customer service. Also during my time at this position I was involved with landing and developing our relationship with Tractor Supply Company. Currently we have our AquaSphere's for ponds and stock tanks in their stores nation wide. This has been a great partnership that has grown nicely since the beginning.

This position included setting production, purchasing of all raw materials,over seeing shipping department as well as other day to day activites. While in this position I was able to cut raw material costs along with shipping costs by finding other suppliers and bidding materials out. This was my first position at Bioverse.
