Southern California Edison - Ridgecrest Service Center Modernization ProjectThe Project involves the modernization and expansion of the existing SCE Service Center in Ridgecrest, CA.The existing 3.96 acres’ site will be expanded to include additional of 1.19 acres totaling to a 5.15-acre site. The existing 7,837 SF Administration building will be demolished and a new 11,184 SF Administration Building; a new 3,000 SF Pre-Fabricated Building, with a 2,170 SF Hazard Material Canopy will be improved and interior completed. The existing garage will be renovated such that the fuel system will be modified to be included on the new emergency generator system. In addition, parking lot, site lighting, new access controlled gates, fencing, landscape and new utilities will be provided.

Sr. Construction Manager representing San Joaquin Regional Transit District for their new "Regional Transportation Center", a $51.1 Million Dollar, Design-Build Project being designed and constructed by McCarthy Building Company and Dreyfuss & Blackford including: A new 102,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Building containing bus/vehicle repair and work areas, parts storage, toilet & locker rooms, exercise rooms, office areas and a driver's lounge; as well as a new 40,530 sq. ft. Wash and Fuel Building containing tire repair areas, offices, equipment rooms, and outside areas with canopy above for vehicle wash, steam clean, fuel and brake Inspection. This facility will supplement RTD's "Downtown Transit Center" in serving San Joaquin County and the greater Stockton area's needs and provide it's ridership with consistently safe and clean public transportation.

Worked with City Police, Fire, Housing, Zoning Departments, as well as County Sheriff and Health Departments.Developed a municipal Landlord Training Program based on federal programatic guidlines and taught over 150 landlords on how to reduce and/or eliminate criminal elements from their rental properties. Managed and hosted National Night out Against Crime. Managed other miscellaneous special projects and programs for the City's Redevelopment/Neighborhood Development Department like Paint-the-Town and Dial-a-Dumpster assisting neighborhood renovation block by block and citywide.
