On the Gold Coast specifically I progressed all aspects of design and delivery for the company’s recently completed $375million investment and expansion programme. Over my 12 year tenure i was heavily involved in all the company’s previous developments in Sydney, and the Gold Coast having even overseen the acquisition of the Sheraton Mirage Hotel & Resort and was part of the original team which designed Queens Wharf & won the bid over Crown Resorts to build the iconic cityscape changing project. Having worked with many different executives and diverse company stakeholders I have extensive experience in delivering all types of projects in an environment which requires highly effective communication skills. This means I can communicate with all audiences and stakeholders from company executives, to subcontractors, and all operational staff. I do this now in supporting all my hotel, resort, sporting club & development clients. My strong background in client side project management and construction, with extensive experience in taking ideas and concepts, from planning through to final execution, is the hallmark of my ongoing success. I am highly organised and self-motivated & am regularly required to think strategically. A strong leader and team player, I have the capability to lead and motivate people at all levels.I have completed an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction, having previously completed a Bachelor of Business at the Queensland University of Technology and Diplomas in Construction, Building and Civil Engineering, and Management.
