Spearhead all aspects of assigned implementation projects for the FIS Digital One platform. The FIS Digital One banking platform is a suite of digital solutions (including online account opening and online/mobile banking) offering a customer-centric banking experience for customers, business clients and bankers. The platform provides consistency across digital and mobile self-service and banker-assisted channels.

Served as the subject matter expert for all things digital banking at Amplify. Oversaw strategy, project management/implementation, daily operations, testing, back-office administration, end-user/employee communications and marketing campaigns, and internal and external customer support for the full suite of Amplify’s online and mobile banking services.Critical projects included: a core banking system conversion, data center migration, eStatement vendor conversion, automation of the online account opening process, multiple product enhancements, including introducing banking functionality on a wearable, launch of a targeted marketing platform, launch of biometric authentication.

Q2 eBanking provides an online and mobile banking platform for banks and credit unions. In my role, I spearheaded the project management of the Q2 platform implementation for two new Q2 eBanking clients.

Spearheaded strategy, project management, daily operations, testing, end-user/employee communications and marketing campaigns, back-office administration, and internal and external customer support for the full suite of TDECU’s online and mobile banking services.Critical projects included: a core banking system conversion, online/mobile banking provider conversion, eStatement provider conversion, multiple mergers and acquisitions, multiple product enhancements, including online check image viewing, mobile check deposit, person-to-person payments, biometric authentication, and a complete UI revamp.

Provided current-state business and system analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and solution envisioning for custom application development and SharePoint implementations for Catapult clients across multiple industries. Critical projects included developing eCommerce functionality for an online wedding planning company, and developing an online drill-monitoring platform for an international oil and gas company.

Provided project management, current-state business and system analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and solution envisioning for custom application development implementations for Trendec clients across multiple industries. Critical project was transitioning the permitting process for new businesses in the state of Texas from a paper process to an online process.

Oversaw project and product management for an online customer retention solution. Specifically, we introduced the industry’s first mobile device upgrade program to incentivize and reward existing AT&T Wireless customers to upgrade their mobile devices in exchange for service contract extensions.

Responsible for the management and development of 25+ Customer Service representatives in a national call center.
