With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned leader and strategist who oversees the operations and management of the Basil Family Dealerships, a 8-franchise group with 11 rooftops. I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting the community.As the COO and CEO, I am responsible for developing and executing the vision, mission, and goals of the group, as well as leading and empowering a team of over 800 employees. I have successfully increased the sales volume, market share, and profitability of the group, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence. I have also partnered with various organizations and charities in Western New York, such as Toys for Tots, Veterans One Stop Center, and Susan G. Komen Foundation, to give back and make a positive impact. I am proud to be part of a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the community for over 60 years, and I am committed to continuing the legacy of Simple Courtesy that defines the Basil Family Dealerships.
