This role was created to continue the implementation and performance of Baptcare’s personal care workforce (Baptcare Independence at Home). It brought a strengthened consumer focus to aid in service customisation and delivery and created an alignment with the large Home Care Packages customer base across Baptcare. Private customers and contract activity streams were also implemented.
